Yea it keeps changing every few hours.. latest has it starting to arrive late night tonight to some extent and then coming on land down between New York and Delaware someplace mostly Monday..but timing is critical .. there's a lunar high tide Monday night.. and all that heavy wind in the northeast quandrant of the storm will pile up water anywhere from four to eight feet above that.. could be very nasty indeed
