Oh yes! I also have to say Will that I don't agree with the comment about the background. I think it is just right and helps make this a great portrait as when you look at it your focus is on the person, in this case Bob rather than having a really distracting background which is how it should be!
great expression! it's a pity that the backround is agitated (don't know if it the right translation for what i mean, i took the first result of [link] ..but i m sure you know u know what i mean)...but a moment is a moment
I knew the 'laugh' part but not the 'cry' part. Makes me a bit sad.
It seems now Bob has a character that people followed, just like in the movies. I compiled all his photos and they make me feel like looking at a picture story or book about his life and like everyone else, I am compelled to follow what's next. I hope this moves everyone else or promotes awareness against violence if not somehow help to find those who are responsible for his condition.
He cried with happiness though I know what you mean.
I'm so glad you did the portrait, as it was most responsible in achieving Bob's fame than my photos. Bless you, Nelsie It's been around 17yrs since Bob was beaten up, and no one has been arrested for the crime. I doubt that they ever will be brought to book.
