First Frost Before Samhain...

...And I was up & out before 7am. The Moat was simply gorgeous, sunlight striking the trees turning the autumn leaves into Samhain Fire. Took a number of shots of Moat Walk & surrounding area but as I shoot on film both you & I'll have to wait to see the results

Went into the grounds of the Bishop's Palace & had a ball, taking shots of my good friend, the Lone Monk, Justin. He looked so smart, the sunlight giving him a luster that I've missed, must get up early more often. Iced flowers were next, & onto the Well Pool. There, the Cathedral was reflected in still,still water, shame about the scaffolding & the blue tarp on the roof, looks like someone stole the lead they haven't, just ongoing repairs.

My toes started to feel numb & I noticed that the heavy dew was heavy indeed, it'd gone through my old boots & not only were my toes numb but my socks & feet were soaking, so I called it a day, for now, & headed back to the flat for to break my fast with a damn good English fry-up of eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried bread & grilled back bacon, all washed down with black Sumatran coffee spiced with cardomom.

Having now finished that I though I might as well put up some more of the favours I've granted recently.
